Cooperation between IUEH, BATH SPA UNIVERSITY (Great Britain) and CORMACK ADVISORY GROUP

On Wednesday, June 15, 2022, online meeting was organized between IUEH, Bath Spa University and Cormack Consultancy Group on issues of cooperation in the field of education and science.

Cooperation is aimed at cooperation between Ukrainian higher education institutions and British universities, support, restoration and development of Ukrainian universities during the war. Cooperation is aimed at long-term perspective, partnerships and alliances for joint work and further mutual internationalization.

In particular, the meeting was attended by representatives of IUEH: Vitalii Demianchuk, Rector; Anastasia Yakovchuk, Head of the International-Project Department; Alina Lavreniuk, Deputy Head of the International-Project Department. Bath Spa University: Ian Gadd, Head of European Projects Development, and David Newman, University Secretary. The coordinators of the meeting were representatives of Cormack Consultancy Group - Anzhela Stashchak and Julia Coats.

The activities and main directions of the work of IUEH and BSU were presented during the meeting.

The parties agreed to implement the following steps to assist the IUEH:

- online classes for UA students from British professors;

- online trainings / coaching for UA teachers;

- union of student associations;

- fundraising activities in support of various IUEH initiatives;

- coordination of IUEH to the Really English platform;

- access to ExLibriss (SCONUL) (library resources).

Also, MEGU received a memorandum for consideration and revision.

Subsequently, all students and faculty staff of IUEH will have the opportunity to join the international British-Ukrainian projects.
