The graduates are able to:
- master the basics of general theoretical and professional disciplines to the extent necessary for carrying out research work; the basics of disciplines of the psychological-pedagogical cycle in their direction to higher education;
- ensure the processes of scientific and management activities;
- analyse the basic directions of development of education, systematization, processing, analysis, generalization and use of information;
- develop plans for methodical work in the specialty, to engage in the production of information and scientific-methodological materials, advanced teaching technologies and active teaching methods;
- provide experience of realization of humanistic ideas in national and foreign pedagogy, psychology of communication with students and adults;
- use the basic concepts and scientific developments in history, scientific systems of modern historical science; concepts, ideas and methods of modern information technologies.
The graduates will be able to work as:
- secondary schools, gymnasiums, lyceums (history teacher, law teacher, teacher-organizer);
- mass media (editor in mass media, head of certain departments of certain fields of broadcasting and television);
- libraries, museums, archives, scientific, research, scientific-informational state institutions (employee of the library, museum, archive, secretary-referent of research and scientific-information establishments, consultant of public relations in administrative organizations).
The graduates will qualify as a history teacher.

- develop plans for methodical work in the speciality, to engage in the production of information and scientific-methodological materials, advanced teaching technologies and active teaching methods;
- provide experience of realization of humanistic ideas in national and foreign pedagogy, psychology of communication with students and adults;
- use the basic concepts and scientific developments in history, scientific systems of modern historical science; concepts, ideas and methods of modern information technologies.
The graduate will be able to work as:
- secondary schools, gymnasiums, lyceums (history teacher, social studies teacher, teacher-organizer);
- Higher educational institutions of І-ІV levels of accreditation (teacher of history, teacher of public disciplines);
- mass media (editor in mass media, head of certain departments of certain fields of broadcasting and television);
- libraries, museums, archives, scientific, research, scientific-informational state institutions (employee of the library, museum, archive, employee, secretary-referent of research and scientific-information establishments, consultant of public relations in administrative organizations).
