ESOL SELT

ESOL SELT is an alternative to IELTS

For those wishing to obtain a visa for the purpose of study, employment or family reunification in the UK, it is possible to take the ESOL SELT exam instead of the IELTS.

Requirements for work and study visas provide that ESOL SELT tests four types of speech activities (listening, reading, writing and speaking) and is available at the following levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR): B1, B2, C1, C2.

In order to obtain an immigrant visa, ESOL SELT is designed to test two skills (speaking and listening) and is available at levels: A1, A2, B1.

The ESOL SELT certificate is valid for 2 years.
