The practical training of higher education students of the Faculty of Economics is an integral part of the educational process of training bachelors and masters.
The purpose of practice is to consolidate, deepen and systematize the theoretical knowledge of students obtained in the study of general economic and professional disciplines and the acquisition of practical management skills in the researched enterprise.
Practical training allows students to get acquainted with the production activities of the enterprise; to investigate the main activities of the researched enterprise; to analyse the main technical and economic indicators; to prepare practical proposals for the improvement of certain areas of management activities at the researched enterprise.
Practical training allows students to develop skills to constantly improve the efficiency of their activities, allows them to master the management culture, acquire the ability to self-development in the process of professional activity, master the ability to continuous self-improvement, the desire to improve their professional level in learning. Practical training involves the use of innovative teaching methods and tools and provides active mental and practical activities, develops cognitive interests and abilities, creative thinking, skills and abilities of independent and mental work, which promotes further activity in the constant acquisition of knowledge and their use in management practice.
