On 19 October, Academician Stepan Demiachnuk International University of Economics and Humanities celebrated its 30th anniversary. The celebrations were attended not only by scientists and guests from Ukraine, but also by European partners.
This year, foreign partners from different parts of the world joined the congratulations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the university. Representatives of Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary personally participated in the scientific and practical conference.
The following spoke with a welcome speech and special awards for MEGU:
- Erzy Babiak, Vice-Rector of the Wielkopolska Academy of Social and Economic Sciences - Academy of Applied Sciences (Poland).
- Jozef Zatko, President of the European Institute of Further Education (Slovakia), Tetiana Bukoros, Deputy President of the European Institute of Further Education.
- Krzysztof Urbaniak, professor at Adam Mickiewicz University (Poland).
- Jorzef Makai, journalist, lecturer at Janos Kodolanyi University (Hungary).
Also, foreign partners who did not have the opportunity to attend the conference in person gave a welcome speech online:
- Ian Gadd, Head of the Department for the Development of European Projects at Bath Spa University (Great Britain).
- Marek Chamot, Rector of the University of Economics in Bydgoszcz (Poland), Oleksandr Skaliy, Director of the Institute of Health and Sports of the University of Economics in Bydgoszcz
- Orsholya Hoffmann, Vice-Rector for International Education and Adult Education of Kodolanyi Janos University (Hungary), Andrej Ivanenko, Coordinator of International Programs of Kodolanyi Janos University.
- Bartosz Hordecki, Professor at Adam Mickiewicz University (Poland)
Also, IUEH received congratulations from the Rector of the Andrzej Frych Modzewski Krakow Academy (Poland) - Klemens Budzowski; greetings from the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Lutsk and greetings from Thomas Bata University (Czech Republic).
It should be noted that on the occasion of the university's 30th anniversary, the Rector of the University - Vitalii Demianchuk awarded foreign partners with certificates of honor for long-term cooperation and partnership.
During the celebration, the representative of the Bath Spa University (Great Britain) was awarded the title of Honorary Doctor for many years of cooperation and partnership and significant contribution to the development and internationalization of the Academician Stepan Demianchuk International University of Economics and Humanities - Professor Ian Gadd.
