This week, an innovative leadership programme for students and staff has been completed. The programme, held jointly with the BSU (UK), was implemented as part of the grant project “I Vote for Peace: Cooperation and Compassion in a Time of War”.
In addition to university professors, undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students from the faculties: Pedagogy, Economics, History and Philology, Cybernetics, Journalism, Health, Physical Education, and Sports.
The programme included intensive workshops on increasing stress resistance and emotional resilience in difficult times. Participants had the opportunity not only to enrich their practical arsenal but also to exchange experience with British experts in the field.
The main focus of the program was on practical tasks aimed at jointly addressing modern leadership challenges. The participants highly appreciated the opportunity to communicate with leading academics and industry experts who helped them expand their knowledge horizons and prepare specific scenarios for solving leadership problems in the academic space.
The program participants received certificates from the international professional development programme and invaluable experience from British scientists.
Based on the results of the program, it is planned to continue cooperation between the universities for further exchange of students and teachers, as well as joint research and projects.
