On Tuesday, September 28, 103 years have passed since the birth of the outstanding Ukrainian pedagogue V. Sukhomlynskyi. On this occasion, members of the SSS of the Faculty of Pedagogocis "Intellectual" under the guidance of Doctor of Sciences, Professor Marchuk O.O. held an evening of remembrance, where they read their reports on the life, pedagogical activities and views on the education of the famous thinker. The celebrations were joined by students of the speciality 012 "Preschool Education" (bachelor and master) full-time and part-time study. Future educators watched a film about V. Sukhomlynskyi, read his wills and works of art. Director of the Institute of Pedagogical Education, PhD, Associate Professor Pahuta TI emphasized the relevance of V. Sukhomlynskyi's pedagogical views not only in the educational environment of PSI, in the New Ukrainian school, but also in family education.
We express special gratitude to the first-year students A. Stetsiuk, S. Klymets and D. Kyrushok for active participation in scientific and educational activities of the faculty. Let's read V. Sukhomlynskyi's pedagogical treatises, embody his ideas, implement his experience, which contributes to the formation of a comprehensively developed child's personality and a true patriot of Ukraine.
