On September 22, 2021 at the Faculty of Pedagogics held a master class "Lep Book - a modern means of cognitive and creative activity of preschoolers and pupils", which for students of the speciality 012 Preschool Education and 013 Primary Education conducted by graduate of the Faculty of Pedagogics, educator PEI № 17 "Cherry" in Rivne Maksymchuk Diana Andriivna.
Future teachers got acquainted with the types of lap books, learned to create models of "knee books" and fill them with information. "Making a folding book with pockets, doors, windows, tabs and moving parts is creativity, research of the new, systematization and generalization of knowledge on a particular topic" - said Diana Andriivna.
Students were convinced that the creation of lap books is the latest way to organize educational, cognitive activities of preschoolers and younger students, which helps to better understand and remember the material.
