On September 24, 2021, for the first time in Rivne, a creative and modern event took place in the format of a team game training "Youth Leadership Forum". The Academician Stepan Demianchuk International University of Economics and Humanities was represented by 3 teams of 9 students of the Faculty of Economics (team captain: Vladyslav Antoniuk).
The main goal of the Forum was to activate young people, master the tools of participation and motivate them to take an active position in life. An additional bonus for each participant was getting to know mentors-practitioners, students from other universities and obtaining certificates of participation.
The following workshops were presented at the forum:
"Leadership in a modern format: theory and practice", coach Tetiana Kravchuk - author of the course "The art of communication - intuitive rhetoric", a specialist in game technology Club of Financial Games, speaker of the National Financial Literacy Project.
"Effective communication: concepts and steps for acquiring skills", coach Olha Ihnatieva - trainer and specialist in game technology of the Academy of Financial Literacy, Member of the Board of Ambassadors of Financial Literacy at the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals.
"Personal financial strategy: planning and implementation", coach Maryna Svyst - Internet marketer.
"Do young people need a brand on social networks?", Coach Tetiana Kidruk - Charitable Organization "Heart for Children of Ukraine."
"Creation team: goals and objectives", coach Iryna Kruk - Financial consultant in the implementation of management accounting.
"Business team management: new challenges and current standards", coach Anatolii Zhukovskyi - methodologist of the school "Unity", author of the training with the team of creation "Unity", chairman of the board of the NGO "Ukrainian National Idea Institute".
"New models of team building", coach Iryna Stasiuk-Babchuk - project and program manager at the Association of Participatory Community Development, member of the Rivne Reform Coordination Council.
