PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Management of the Academician Stepan Demianchuk International University of the Economic and Humanities Artur Romanov has successfully completed the international grant research Lane Kirkland Program 2020/2021.
Place of internship: Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie, Wydział zarządzania i komunikacji społecznej (Krakow, Poland)
Term of professional development (internship) from 11.09.2020 to 27.06.2021 in the amount of 360 hours (12 credits).
The purpose of professional development (internship): Studying the experience of bachelors, masters and postgraduates in the specialty "management", establishing educational and scientific contacts, preparing monographs, textbooks and scientific articles.
During the internship, experience was studied in 16 educational and methodological disciplines in the 1st semester of the 2020-2021 academic year:

13. Planowanie i zarządzanie strategiczne
14. Seminarium magisterskie: Zarządzanie efektywnością
15. Ekonomia społeczna i spółdzielczość
16. Innowacje społeczne i organizacyjne
On the basis of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, research was conducted, which resulted in a public defense of research work on "Zarządzanie personelem przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych w oparciu o dominanty socjalno-psychologiczne" under the guidance of Doctor of Sciences, Professor of the Jagiellonian University Grzegorz Barana. He also took part in 3 international conferences and published 3 professional scientific papers, including 1 in the international Web of Science database.
The program is aimed at young leaders and professionals with higher education interested in the development of democracy, market economy and civil society in their countries and regions. It provided for two semesters of study and research work in 5 Polish academic centers (Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Lublin), private and non-profit organizations http://www.kirkland.edu.pl.
